on Nafco Transcends locking planks a couple of weeks ago. Scratching is the problem. The product was less than 24 old and kitchen table chairs with nylon pads on the legs caused this.

The mill sent their inspector out 3 weeks ago and he said the chairs shouldn't have scratched the floor.
This Friday the mill is sending an independent inspector out to look at the floor. I find this very interesting.
wish the pics would en-large so you could really see the damage a laundry basket has done. Un-believable.
PM me to get my email, then send me the image and I'll see what I can do. So small that I can't even tell what's in the plastic bag.wish the pics would en-large so you could really see the damage a laundry basket has done. Un-believable.

My first impression is customer abuse........... but second thoughts make me also wonder if the finish is as hard as it's supposed to be. Maybe a bit of both, but at what point did the customer see the scratching and continue with the hard plastic and not make some sort of attempt to stop the damage?

the customer did buy felt pads but the damage had already been done.
The plastic basket is a LAUNDRY basket, underwear, socks, towels![]()
