Weird, I didn't know the temperature would change it but that makes sense.

Not sure if it will help, but we have this rubber mat with ridges and it collects the water. It has kept water from pooling up and getting the sides of the garage wet. Up in here Montana we have some pretty nasty winters.

I guess the mustard gas thing makes sense. Isn't it amonia and bleach that does this?
