I have a galaxy omega 8 floor sander . . . all three of the pulleys on the machine are the wider ribbed type pulleys that take special serpentine type belts. Im wondering if i could replace the pulleys with those of the same size but to convert them over to take the v notch type belts that say...

Hi everyone, Does anyone know why my belts keep fraying and are spat out by my belt sander? The sander is an old orebro so I know it will need a service but is there a quick fix for this? Pics supplied, any help greatly appreciated
