    possible mold under hardwood floor

    My kitchen has 3" birch flooring that was installed in 2003. It's fastened to wooden sleepers over a concrete slab. Some years ago our kitchen sink drain leaked and it ended up dampening a portion of the slab below. Fixed the leak and dried things out with fans best I could. Floor didn't buckle...

    Transition Gap too large/big

    I have installed a laminate floor or 2 in my day. However, kicking myself in the @$$ on this one!! :( There is 3 doors I decided to use T-Mold transitions on. The problem, EACH doorway I left too much of a gap for the t-mold transition to cover. I am at a complete loss of what to do here, ANY...
