Is there any reason S-288 wouldn't work for a vinyl on vinyl installation in a laundry room? I don't do commercial products anymore and wondering why buy a special adhesive if I don't really need to.
It's in my uncles rental and there's some old 1980's Armstrong Brigantine or Seagate on the floor now.
The room is 5'7 by 11'7. I'm wondering what's so special about this backing that requires S-599 adhesive.
Is it because of indentation issues, or open time?
