Just wondering if this is for real or a scam type thing. Because I think my Mac is getting slow and so does the missus. It was on Face Book.

Those all in one software's are not to be trusted .

If you want i will post software for you to run, But i will need to see the logs .

Download the free Mac edition of Malwarebytes. It is completely safe and will scan the Mac for malware which often causes slow downs. If that doesn't help, let me know.
