It will definitely be interesting to see how Libya reforms itself.
I read an article tonight that said prety much what you did, but the guy who said it will be stepping down as he promised after the elections.
...Sounds like he is only playing the "leader" part because during all the turmoil, Libya needed some people that were to be in charge as Qkuedaffiey sunk slowly beyond the horizon.
If the people vote for a person different than what the "interim' leader said............. what can he do about it?

Like I said, it will be interesting, and probably a slow process, just like Iraq has been.
Hopefully in the end, it will be better for them and the rest of the world. Time will tell.
