Shuttle cabin in 360

I have a question.............. how do the pilot and co pilot get downstairs? And how do they not bump a wrong button when getting out of the seats?
This is a fantastic view of the inside of the shuttle. No cup holders that I can see........ that ain't right.
Look close and see if you can find Dr. Smith.
