Well... It was base on.
All base, door casings, and vanity were set at 3/4" off the floor.
We installed 1/4" underlayment and LVT.
Luckily, before I started the job I asked the contractor if he was going to install shoe molding, because the base was too high.
He said he would lower the base after.
I told him it would be better to take it off b4 I start.
He took it off and wrecked the walls.
He told me to install up to the base and he would shoe the rest of the job .

Builders.....go figure. Looks nice Don. I just sold a nice LVT from IVC, chopped up kitchen but upped the price so its all good.
