That doesn't sound good at all Rusty. We're having the coolest summer we've had in a long time. It hasn't hit the 100 mark yet and we usually get it by late June or early July. One happy puppy here. Hope you got a swimmin hole close by.
They were wrong. It reached 117... 120 heat index. Still 100 at 10 PM when I walked the dog. I'm going to the Y for my morning exercise walk tomorrow in the AC. Will still have to walk the dog outside.
Ah just another day in the old pueblo for us.
Beer tastes better too.

We've started having our better summer weather. The wind has been slowing down and the temps are moderate. August is of course out warmest month, same everywhere I suppose. September is also pretty nice.
Like Darol said, nothing very warm here either, with upper 60's on the coast, tho much warmer inland. 10pm and it's 61 outside. Fog rolled over the hill from the coast around 8 and it looked like were were gonna have a damp night. It was almost sprinkling. Fog raised up since earlier and it's dry now.

...69 degrees for a high may be a bit chilly to you guys, but a lot more bearable than what you are havin now.
