Transition recommendation please

Hello folks,

I would appreciate suggestions on how to handle the transition from a hallway with Pergo flooring to a bathroom with tile (please see photo below).

They are close to the same height (Pergo is slightly higher)

The complicating factor is that the subfloor is a radiant flooring cement pad, so drilling into is not desired.

Just drop a T-mold in there and glue the one side to the tile with construction adhesive, weight it down for 12 hours. But first I would install the door casing.
