That’s exactly what I would tell them. I’ve used my air sleds to move a fridge then hand the customer a wrench so they could disconnect their own waterline. I’ve had a few customers get pissed off because of it.Best situation ever was I showed up to a customers house. As I was walking around pointing out all the water connections that needed to be disconnected by a plumber, she started tearing into me. As she was yelling at me because I don’t touch water, the plumber knocked at the door. She calmed down and I went back about my business. Wasn’t but 10 minutes later and the plumber is rushing outside looking for the water shut off valve. An angle stop broke on him and it flooded a couple of rooms that I was supposed to do. I looked at the customer and said and that’s is why I don’t touch plumbing. I packed it up and went home.
