Haven't eaten an elephant in a long while now. Sounds yummy.

Had deep fried mushrooms and chicken livers for lunch.
I had some left over pulled pork I didn’t know what to do with so I made enchiladas. Half red, half green and a section with no olives by request.
Dang, that looks good.
Brats n kraut for lunch.
Dogs and kraut, good.
Pork steak, red beans & rice and some pickled asparagus to finish off the plate.

Picked up a couple roaster chickens from Walmart. Delicious. I shredded some of the chicken up and put it on a warmed up tortilla. Then I did it again a couple more times

I got so hungry thinking about your homemade nachos that I had to make my own! In the oven they go.
CJ, how did the nachos turn out?
They were so good. I’d been thinking about making some for the whole day. Couple dollops of sour cream and some hot sauce and down it went.
Today was leftover surprise. Chicken, bacon, Brie cheese and broccoli wrapped up in some Pillsbury dough and baked in the oven. Not bad at all but I’m still hungry. lol.
Must be a Chinese recipe.
