No, but like you said, it moves around real easy on plastic sheeting so I try to work off a larger mass to reduce shifting.
Good call. I like that idea for future reference. I have never been 'allowed' to install any of these types of floors.
I'd recommend Allure over 6 mil as in the pic. Vinyl tile is a much better option in a basement rental than is laminate.
