The Damn maintenance people wet mopped it , and then waxed over it .
talk about Lippage .
Going with Quickstep the April .

Of course i'll have to sneak in a few rounds of Golf .

Yes I did, I've done several houses for this guy in the past. He has to decide if he wants to replace the carpet in his rental, it has some big holes in it, or put some throw rugs over it.
