Some of this is the immediate impact of our self-destructive energy policies and counterproductive sanctions against Russia. MOST of this is the result of Carter/Reagan/Bush/Clinton/Bush/Obama/Trump/Biden in concert with Congress debasing our currency.

He saw the future and knowbody believed him. He's an absolute genius, just ask him. 😁
Friend and co-worker is a supporter ( I can’t say his name 😝 ) and he’s constantly saying he’s a genius, because he can see 2 and 3 moves ahead of everyone else. Riddle me this bat man, Is that a genius or a puppet master ? However, maybe Incognito is on to something, bigger ? hey, please elaborate if you want.

How many people are going to be affected by the war in Ukraine in ways you haven’t even thought of yet? Rising gas prices aren’t the only problem. Something I didn’t think about until today is that a lot of the quality plywood is made with Russian Baltic birch. Tack strip? Underlayment? The boss went to pick some plywood up today and the warehouse only had 43 sheets of 1/2” in stock and it isn’t looking good for getting more anytime soon. Yeah we can use domestic plywood but let’s face it, it ain’t as good. What else am I missing that you guys have noticed?

OMG! Tack strips for carpeting will soon become hard to find?

By the way, can you remind me what this "carpeting" is?
Tack strip will become impossible to fine because the only one that's good for tax credit comes from a small region in how far away land. Nowhere else on earth, are there trees.

If he's two or three moves ahead of everyone else and he's a total jerk.
......he was still three moves of head of everyone else. That's why I voted for him. I didn't vote for or against his arrogance or his personality.
He was the right man quite obviously, because look at what we have now. People voted for Biden because they didn't like Trump's personality.
I could care less about his personality, Trump knew what to do, did it and he succeeded. We can't vote on how we feel.
In a different area I just showed Trump during his campaign shortly before the election and he said if Biden gets elected gas prices are going to be six seven or eight dollars a gallon and everybody laughed at him.
Does anyone think for one second that China or Russia or Iran or even slightly fearful of Joe Biden?
Trump seemed quite predictable..... But in a scary sort of way.
That's the way it should be because the enemy needs to be concerned about calling your bluff. They didn't know what he would do.
They know what Biden will do, ........nothing. I mean on day one of his presidency, he started reducing our energy Independence. That is the most powerful weapon in the United States has. Excuse me I mean that's the most powerful weapon we used to have. We could have sold our access to Germany right now to put more pressure on Putin. That option is off the table.
In the same speech I mentioned above, Trump chastise Germany for the pipeline because they would be totally dependent on Russia for their electrical needs and fuel.
He was 100% correct on that too.
To this day I'm still trying to figure out why rational people voted against him....... because he had orange hair? Because he used the term s***h*** countries.... not nice or polite, but an accurate description of who he was talking about. He is very blunt when he talks. I like blunt and to the point rather than political correctness.

Nobody knew what Putin was going to do :)

Come on, you know, everybody knows. A personality like that is not fit for the job, period. The ends will never justify the means. ( Consequentialism ) He manipulates human behaviors, like the way Marketing firms and Casinos do. He’s a telephone solicitor, and solicitor he will remain. He understands the Golden rule, any press is good press, just look at his buddies, ( The no morals brigade ) Playing humanity like a fiddle for power, money, and prestige, no actual service is being provided when the means to a goal come in the form of deception, exaggeration, interruption, etc etc. We are much better off with a Scarcrow than a Tin Man, because courage is easier to gain than a heart.............However, we have a bigger problem, built into the DNA The Wizard of Oz in all of us, called Fight or Flight ? Either way we are predestined to fail. Win one war, loose another, rinse and repeat. Only a slow evolutionary process can provide us with hope, but never absolute, because She’s in control not us insects, but it doesn’t mean we can’t do better using what we got now. So just in case a summary is needed, God knows I need one every day 🤪.....High up is Fight, MSLI is Flight, or we could replace that with Republican and Democrat or Right and Wrong or any opposites, because Contrarianism rules the Earth today. Why is that, we’ve made such good progress ? .....Maybe because some influential people want us to remain reactive for personal gain? The quicker we see and accept this limited process of reactive thought, the better and better choices will be made. Fight ! Fight ! With all your might, Flight ! Flight ! With all you might to eliminate Contrarianistic Reactive Thought from everyday life, do it for your Grandchildren Mike, Randy, Donald and FRED ......If not for you, for them

Well, choosing between Hillary and Trump, Trump was the lesser of two evils. Same thing this last time. Vote for a blowhard, Trump, or a senile old man, Biden. Even Obama said that "Joe could **** up anything" And he was right. Look at Afghanistan, you don't pull the troops out first, you pull the civilians out first. Then he left behind billions worth of military equipment to the Taliban. And now he is begging Iran to sell us more oil. Yes, he is selling oil leases. But without drilling permits, they are worthless.

I actually try to stay out of politics as much as I can, they don't really interest me. But when I saw that he made the comment that we have to be more indepent on our oil, my first thought was, dummy you shut down the pipe line you first few days/weeks in office. I did vote for Trump for one reason-the econmy, but there is no way in hell I'd do it again.

I hope Trump doesn't run again.

We dont get our fuel from Russia but the price we pay is what the world market charges, you guys use more over winter we pay more
I am pretty certain the fuel which is found here is also priced on the world market prices
Its a bit like our farmers can earn more for exporting our meat half way around the world so why sell it on the local market cheaper?
So the locals have to pay more, money is money
