You may get the same inspector calling. In which case you should tell him whats for.

You guys have convinced me that I really need to hire an independent inspector to get to the bottom of this. Can you give me a vague idea of how much I can expect to pay for such an inspection?

OK. So I'm really having trouble finding an independent inspector near Orlando. (The nearest I've found is 2 hours away.) I've looked on the nalfa and nicfi sites. Any other ideas?
