I did the scan, waited for it to complete, hit the delete button, it said finished, I hit the report button and this is what came up. I was expecting a either a list of items or "nothing found"

So after I click report, then I click on "Open TXT" and it presents a full report of all of the information found in all of the individual file tabs?

I assume that clicking on any one of the file tabs is just for when you want to fix or delete something?

Good Hi, Try Safe Mode with Networking to get the update For Malwarebytes. Need a fresh copy of it . Thanks .

When you Boot up Keep tapping the F8 key at top of keyboard .
It will bring you into dos with options of how you want to boot .

Check Safe mode with Internet Networking .

If that does not get it, as it is so far out of date that it will not update, just re download and reinstall. Forgot that hang up.

Got a problem............ I couldn't get the modem (external USB modem) to dial in safe mode. The connection icon did not even exist. Not even in the control panel. Here's why. :D

I thought I saw online that when you have a problem with this program, to delete the old program, then load the newest version.

You can try that HI. I never had a problem updating any version.

But you have a lot of errors on your confuser that may be causing the issue .

Either way i need to see a fresh copy of the log .

It was about 1/3 of the way updated a couple of minutes ago......... it just quit. It's done that a few times in the past couple of days. Probably best just to reload to the latest version and see what happens.
What I've read says I probably need to be logged on as administrator.
