Probably not a significant difference than the general population. Did you know a huge portion of the population lye on their application ? So it’s no doubt that there will be a significant amount of employees who cannot do their job once they were hired. …..Also how many minority’s and employers did DEI help. That number could be added into the social experiment equation. We just can’t disregard well intended programs because they don’t fit into our needs. Because our needs are never going to match up with our neighbors. Like the good Reverend Budd’s said, sometimes we need to sacrifice our needs for others, but wait ! That may not fit into a world where profits need to be maximized at all costs.

The Republicans I personally know, except for my Dad, and myself have all but convinced themselves that they are Right and flexibility in the constitution doesn’t exist….and that allows them to discard any opposition, under the grounds of patriotism, when ironically opposition is written into the constitution. Hello ! …so I say IMHO that closed off attitude doesn’t compute. How can they hate the constitution when they say Republicans hate the constitution. Stop the insanity Don’t you see the disconnect here or do we want to continue being Right all the time at all egotistical costs. Problems happen, solutions are imagined, but they don’t always hit their mark…… Do you really think Democrats hate the constitution. Stop the propaganda insanity and let him serve his four years for Gods sake. No sense sticking their noses in the dog poop.

PS> are you aware that the constitution was written during times of legalized slavery ? And would you agree that this reality could make some parts of the constitution questionable ?
