Thanks to this thread, I will not be using ANY product sold by Build Direct.
I am re-doing my master bath and am ready to drop a bundle on marble flooring...
When researching the firm, I actually posted "Build Direct Scams" just to see what came up.
What a treasure trove of unhappy customers!
But THIS thread takes it to the final outcome, and I see now exactly how these fools do business.
I am so sorry that "writersbrother" had to go through this, but Bless you! You have helped a LOT of people, I believe. You have certainly educated me and saved me beaucoup bucks, so thank you again!
I wish this info could become more widespread...perhaps call one of the newspapers? Or television stations? Or even Huff Post...I'd love to see you REALLY stick it to them. Not to mention how important it is for people to know how this company operates.
