Help with Specifying new Instant hot water heater

My brother is researching the **** out of it on line and I may have to wait a week before getting a nice hot shower. I know I shouldn’t complain .....He’s got analysis of paralysis So if you have any skill and experience, pass it on, otherwise I’ll need to take a shower at the empty apartment I work at .... this is what he has, she’s leaking and keeps shutting down. He’s looking into an 11 gal per min. W/ circulating pump from home of the cheepo

On demand hot water heaters are the bomb. Endless supply of hot water for when your back is sore and you just gotta stand there and soak up the heat. I don’t have any specific brands to recommend so I’m gonna say go with what HD has to offer. Not everything they sell is crap.
