I'm guessing that every year they redesign the boat in efforts to improve it. If so maybe they need to go back to last year's model.

In the old days with the real yachts each race used to take hours along with being along way off shore which wasnt very spectator friendly
With the race being at Auckland they made the course close to the shore so people could watch from land with each race only lasting half hour or so making it more spectator friendly

Nascar needs to go to school on this! Races are too boring and there's nobody famous in them anymore.
