Can't recall last time I've seen a tall installer.
Maybe it's the constant up and down is harder on their knees? inability to fit in tight spaces?
I'm 5'7" 160. everyone else I've met couldn't be higher than 5'9" my guesstimate.
One guy only 5'
How tall are you guys and do you know any bigger/taller installers with no problems?

I'm 6', about 230. I had another installer who worked with me for years who was about 5'9" 140. Don't think I ever met an installer who was over maybe 6' 1". My younger stepson was 6'6" but didn't stay with the trade.

5' 9" with shoes on. Had a helper, Johnny Topoluski who was 6' 8' 280lbs and always fell through rotten subfloors. :D

I think I used to be 6'3" in 1975. I hit 6'2" in '73 as a sophomore and the basketball coaches wanted me to join the club. I wasn't a "joiner" (nor could I make a basket) :D
Not sure how gravity has treated me over the years. I hover 213 to 217 no matter how I eat, or don't eat.

Don't feel bad. I'm 5'5" and weigh about 218lbs. but I'm a DIYer, not a professional flooring person.
