Not doing the ceiling. It will be a dropped ceiling. Will be doing the big room today. He said it is empty, we will see,

It is but I put it down squeezing in between walls and furniture. Glued in 6" strips because concrete is extremely hard.

you use hot glue gun OR something like this ? http://www.tools4flooring.com/masterweld-948-polyurethane-adhesive-30-oz-cartridge.html
or just good old contact cement

I use PL 400 . Same hold, and a lot cheaper.

I used Liquid Nails Subfloor and Deck adhesive. It had time to set over the weekend. Never moved a piece.

I used Liquid Nails once, It turned brittle on me . Don't like the crap .
