Talked to a contractor this morning and he is gettting $13 - $15m2 for carpet tile and hes putting down a 300m2 job next week he says its all in how you sell it, he tells them you get what you pay for. Well done I say

Did he tell you its up 4 floors with no lift and the rooms are all 5 sq metres?

Ooohooo... No can do. I'll be on the ocean tomorrow, crabbing and loading the box with fish. Three days of that, then you can beam me down there.

We get around $13- $15 base which may seem high, but cost of living, and all that jazz.
