I recently purchased an American Sanders multi disc buffer plate which I use for final sanding before finish..
I've noticed the plates have begun to seize up. Three are now locked and three are still spinning freely.
Can anyone help me with a fix for this issue?
Thank you

Ditto. Maybe you can clean it up and oil it and it’ll work again??? If not you can order some new parts and be good as new.

Do you use dust collection with your buffer? Do you regularly blow off and otherwise clean your equipment when done? Maybe give it a drop of oil here n there after you blow out any sawdust buildup?
