I have hp pavilion desk top 8.1 but is now windows 10
I ran defender and the test can back i have a trojon
so I reset the pc back to factory, but, i have lost my audio
my curser freezes,,and disapears.
I understand these are windows 10 hicups
another scan shows 14 drivers missing or damaged
what can i do to get this thing back on track ?
i am basically computer stupid, I can cut and paste, upload pictures and smileys.. other than that...dumber than a rock
