Charge extra . The stuff i had was 2.8 lbs a square ft . And a beech to cut .

Oh, You'll be working out . The 4' x 25' rolls came in at 187 lbs .

I used my hand truck with the air tires .

I've never installed frozen rubber. Under normal conditions it should cut like butter. I feel it's similar in pricing to installing cork, rolls cheaper than tiles of course. Rubber tile in a residential setting should run 3 bucks minimum, less in large commercial.

Heres a few shots of some rubber. First an office in a resi setting, then a Goose-zebo some excentric lady had me put rubber in. She says the rubber is easier to clean than the concrete. Notice my helper working the seams and checking them after. He needs a little potting training though.

That black one looks like the same stuff i put in . I charged them $8.00 a yd for installation. And they gave me a $200.00 tip to boot .

That's only $.89/sqft. I don't do anything for less than a buck, not even peel and stick.

They were family of a long time friend , or it would have been more then that .

There's something to be said for the family friends hook up. I've been known for those, lol.
