I used my hand truck with the air tires .
 
I've never installed frozen rubber. Under normal conditions it should cut like butter. I feel it's similar in pricing to installing cork, rolls cheaper than tiles of course. Rubber tile in a residential setting should run 3 bucks minimum, less in large commercial.

Heres a few shots of some rubber. First an office in a resi setting, then a Goose-zebo some excentric lady had me put rubber in. She says the rubber is easier to clean than the concrete. Notice my helper working the seams and checking them after. He needs a little potting training though.

That black one looks like the same stuff i put in . I charged them $8.00 a yd for installation. And they gave me a $200.00 tip to boot .
