Last Monday (evening) my daughter and her husband listed their house for sale with a realtor.

Last Wednesday the listing went up.

Last Friday they had a showing and received an offer.

This morning they had another showing and also received an offer.

This afternoon they countered to the first looker and the property was sold.

They have lived there about three years and sold the place for seventeen thousand dollars more than they paid for it. They had to throw-in their riding lawn tractor to close the deal.

I got one down the street that I bought just before the big crunch hit that I sure would like that to happen to. I'm so far under the bridge on that one I need scuba gear.

When the ex an I split up we listed our house on Thursday at 5p.m. and and at 10 the next morning it was gone. 1st one to look at it took it. Only problem was I got it back 2 years later destroyed.

Nope, not at all. The property is remote in farm country, corn fields all around.

About twelve miles from the nearest town and that town's population probably isn't 300.

I told them to go buy some Power Ball tickets just in case they are on a roll.
