Highup , Go to start > run > type in msconfig > check start up > uncheck Win Split > apply > OK
Make sure you have a icon to open Win before you do this . now it won't open at boot and run in the background . Just click on the icon when you want to open it.
Next time you boot a box will come up , put a check mark in the little box and you won't get that message anymore .
