I didn't take it as pushy. I appreciate it. I hate that other laptop sitting around mostly useless.

Yes , you have to back them up on another drive . But you won't have conflicts installing over Vista.

Hey Nick. This software talks about upgrading from XP to Win 7. Will it work for Vista also or is there a different critter for that?
