A little change of subject. Here are some pictures of record player stands I made for 2 of my granddaughters. I've made 3 actually as the one granddaughter also needed end tables. Two are stained and there other are to be painted a teal color I think. I'm meeting with here on Monday for here to pick out paint color.

It isn't an old one, she got it for Christmas from her mother who ordered it I'm sure off Amazon. It only plays one record at a time though.

Had a major laying job today about half an hours travel each way where kitchen guy got it wrong and I had to put a piece of vinyl in the hole
Whew, what a couple months
Feb. 1st, My MIL was life-flighted to the hospital. My wife stayed with her there for a week and five weeks at her home, until she could drive again.
One day home and she had to babysit for a week, so our daughter and her boyfriend could go to N. Carolina.
Two days home and yesterday, she goes into the hospital for a few days until they get her blood sugar under control.
What's next?

Went to a first grade music program and then my wife took me out for a birthday dinner. Burnt ends, baked potato with butter and sour cream, baked beans and homemade bread. Ate too much.

That meal sounds delicious. Burnt ends are also becoming popular around my parts of the world.
They have been part of KC BBQ for at least 50 years.
