I love Queen! Now I have that song in my head. It comes right after Bicycle on the albums I have.
The other day my brother mentioned something about a bicycle and I started singing "I want to ride my bicycle I want to ride my bike" and then he picked it up from there.
The doggos don't like being outside and want to be on my bed most of the time.

That is bad.
I made a ZCI for my table saw out of Purple Heart some years ago. The top side has turned brown like Purple Heart will do so I sanded it, let it sit out in the sun for a few hours to purple up then I hit it with some spray poly. Good to go for another 5 years.
Rusty, I currently have 2 cows, 4 dogs, and 15 cats. So, 21. I used to have 63 cats, 13 goats, 4 horses, 15 pigs, 50+ chickens, a couple of geese, a couple of turkeys, 60 quail, a couple of pigeons, a cow, a bunch of ducks, about a dozen guinea hens, some hamsters, gerbils, etc. That was when we actually had a garden as well.
CJ, that looks beautiful. I need to find the purple heartwood my late elderly friend gave me. I had it in a bag in the tool closet but my sister's stupid friend moved stuff after my father died and I don't know where she put things. She came over to "help". She ended up taking a lot of stuff for herself.
I had a lazy day. Slept most of it and was tired/cranky. My brother cooked so I could rest. Took the trash bag out of the can and set it aside to take it out in daylight. Have to go to Samsclub in the morning.

It must be a Southern thing, both The South and SW. A lot of business close for the entire week of the 4th and I’m just fine with that.
Surprisingly summer is the slow time in Phoenix. It’s hot and all the snow birds have gone home.

We're cranking up the heat here in Montana. We had 39" of snow in parts of the county last week and flooding is happening. About a month behind on our growing season.
Isnt it getting a wee bit late to have any snow, let alone 39 in

Yes it is. Although we could see snowflakes every month.
Had blood draw #17 since last August.
These lab people are fast. I live 2 miles from where they draw blood. Most of the results are posted on my portal when I get home. Everything is normal.
The doctor rescheduled my mom's appointment because it was supposed to be on the 5th and I guess they plan to be drunk or something. Slept all day yesterday.
Damn dogs chewed my laptop's charging cable in half. Thought it was the part that can be removed. No such luck. They got the hardwired part. I wonder if I can patch it with some solder and electrical tape... It's over $100 for a replacement now.
Good news is, someone is interested in adopting them. Seems like a nice person.
Need to get the stupid inspection sticker on my truck renewed and then head up to BestBuy to get an adapter to make my laptop charger work.
The password on this computer doesn't seem to be working for the homesteading forum so I won't be able to login until I get my laptop charged.

Use heat shrink tape, then electrical tape. You're talking the 120 v side or the lower voltage side?
Highup, I don't know which side it is. I'm assuming it is the higher voltage side. It's hardwired to the brick and has the adapter that goes into the laptop. It's a 230w AC adapter. Can I solder the ends back together? Both ends look like this.
I had to get an adapter to charge the charger. Its charging very slowly. I will need to get an additional adapter to charge the laptop. Need USB A male to USB A male. Cable that came with the charger is only C to C.
I'm updating and downloading games on my pc for now. It made me redo the product key but hopefully it won't do that again.
