I'm holding my own, maybe lost 10 lbs. A1c is under the limit for insulin. But it is winter and all I'm doing is sitting on my ass. So we will see. Are you asking about the Ozempic or the Trulicity?

His adrenaline is through the roof & he’s feeling confident. It takes a few minutes to get them back out of fight mode & to a normal 11 year old.
There’s a switch we have to install on them. It switches from nice sweet kid to killer. Killer is only for inside the ropes

Now he has a target on his head locally. Every coach in our state will want their fighter to go against my kid. Everyone wants to beat someone that’s better than them. The calls have already started. My kid already has 5 fights lined up over the next 2 months.
I was only on it for like 6 months and didn't notice any weight change. But I guess other people did and it was touted for weight loss and we couldn't get it anymore.
Yeah, they call it "wegovy"
Wegovy is a different med. My niece lost 78lbs on that. Ozempic originally was for diabeties, and it was discovered it caused weight loss, the reason we couldn't get it. The rich snd famous sucked it up but I'm seeing if on it for a long time it could cause problems. What doesn't anymore.
Ozempic and Wegovy are different brand names for the same injectable drug, semaglutide. The difference is that Wegovy is approved to manage weight in adults and kids 12 and up who have obesity. Ozempic is approved to lower blood sugar when you have type 2 diabetes
I know many who are on those weight loss shots. Just like the covid vax, what illnesses will be popping up as a result of these quick fix remedies?

My neighbors, who are both on that weight loss shot, have accused me of doing the same, since I've lost 50 pounds. Yet, they see me everyday taking my 3-4 mile walk, rain or shine. Maybe it is their own guilt, but it still bugs me.
All I'm taking is Raisin Bran, Oatmeal and yogurt. It's been working so far.
That's pretty impressive. My brother takes daily walks, but not when its raining. Usually it's about 2 to 2 1/2 miles, but occasionally it's 6 into town and back. He'll be 69 in a couple of months.
Good for him. I am 76 and my walks are to the bathroom and back.
....if you think about it, it's best that you do.
I'll be 81 on Friday and I can only walk about 100 ft without sitting down because of my back. Sometime not the length of my house, on the inside.
