Which carpet tile material to avoid static build-up?

My home office carpet needs replacing.

When I move around on my wheeled computer chair (mostly to and from the coffee machine ), I build up static every time and, as examples, when I touch my laptop or the bathroom sink, I get static shocks.

I intend to replace the worn carpet with carpet tiles.

Which material(s) should I be choosing / avoiding?

Could be the soles of your shoes causing it. But nylon is also famous for static., so many things can contribute to it like low humidity.
