The White House on Monday said businesses should move forward with President Joe Biden’s vaccine and testing requirements for private businesses, despite a federal appeals court ordering a temporary halt to the rules.

“People should not wait,” White House Deputy Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters during a briefing. “They should continue to move forward and make sure they’re getting their workplace vaccinated.”

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, considered one of the most conservative appellate courts in the country, halted the requirements Saturday pending review, writing that “the petitions give cause to believe there are grave statutory and constitutional issues with the Mandate.”

In my 66 years of living, I have never seen such a horrible president. He is single-handedly destroyed this country.
64 here.....
I know your point but it's not single-handedly. He has its entire party thinking stupid.
Hey, let's get rid of the keystone Pipeline project.
Hey, let's eliminate oil exploration on public lands. 😑

Hey, Russia ...and Saudi Arabia ...can you you guys help us a little bit and start pumping more oil to help us Americans?
We are a little bit short on oil for heating and gasoline.
Anything you can do will help.
Thanks in advance,
Brandon.

Pete Buttkeg says so.
I saw some reference to race and the newly passed bill. Somehow race has something to do with infrastructure and bridges

My take is this. It doesn't matter if a bridge that's about to fall down is in a minority neighborhood or a major highway.
If it's about to fall down, then spend the money from this infrastructure plan on that bridge reconstruction.
Is the bridge black or white?
Are you f****** kidding me Brandon?
If the bridge is broken then fix it.
How in living in hell do Democrats live with themselves by them keep bringing race into every single point in life?
Democrats, destroying America by any means available.
At what point do people realize that Donald Trump is no longer president and they can let loose of the demon that's causing them to be stupid?
One other thing that just hit me today.....
Where is speaker pelosi and why isn't she in the forefront bragging about the accomplishments of Brandon?

The Biden administration in just the past year alone stockpiled the records of more than 54 million U.S. gun owners and is poised to drastically alter gun regulations to ensure that information on Americans who own firearms ultimately ends up in the federal government's hands, according to internal Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) documents obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.

The ATF in fiscal year 2021 processed 54.7 million out-of-business records, according to an internal ATF document obtained by the Gun Owners of America, a firearms advocacy group, and provided exclusively to the Free Beacon. When a licensed gun store goes out of business, its private records detailing gun transactions become ATF property and are stored at a federal site in West Virginia. This practice allows the federal government to stockpile scores of gun records and has drawn outrage from gun advocacy groups that say the government is using this information to create a national database of gun owners—which has long been prohibited under U.S. law.

I’m torn over this. Was he defending himself? Yes. But my problem is that he opened the door for this **** storm by taking a semi auto into a known problem area to begin with knowing that **** could happen. Guess what, **** happened. I don’t necessarily wish him any jail time but I also have no sympathy for what he’s going through. Maybe next time he will make a better decision to not try and be a hero because even if he wins his trial and is acquitted, the damage is done and his life is forever changed for the worse. If nothing else, he has to live with the fact that he killed someone.

"In Wisconsin, the law on self-defense generally states you may employ lethal force to defend yourself or another if you or they are in reasonable fear of imminent death or great bodily harm. "

Didn’t say the kid was on the wrong side of the law but he definitely made a poor decision when he consciously took a semi auto into a known hot spot for no other reason than he could. He could, he did and look the **** storm he’s in now. He woulda been better off stayin home eating Cheetos and watchin porn.

I’m not against guns at all but I’m certainly not going to take a semi auto into a known hot spot even if I am legally able to do so. Was he going to defend his property? Nope. Other family members? Nope. He went to supposedly help other people? What a ‘good’ kid. The road to hell is paved with good intentions. That kid was just plain stupid. He thought he was gonna be a hero and look at him now. That’s all I’m sayin.

Don’t even get me started with Fakebook.

The difference is Wisconsin has a castle doctrine (the link you posted). Dude was not in his ‘castle’ so that doesn’t mean ***** in this situation. Wisconsin is not a stand your ground state, that would definitely apply here. Anyway I’m no lawyer. I don’t really believe dude was in the wrong. What I do believe is he is a world class dumb **** and injected himself into that situation needlessly. A skilled prosecutor could argue that he entered himself into that situation with the intent of harming someone since it wasn’t his house, car or family he was defending. His fate is in someone else’s hands right now and he did consciously make that decision when he decided to go out with a semi auto weapon. Hero or not, that kid made a poor decision regarding the rest of his life. That’s all I’m sayin.
