What cracks me up about the paranoid microchip/tracking conspiracy theorist is the ones that worry the most typically have the least to offer. 99 percent of us are normal, boring citizens whos day to day activities and affiliates are of no use or interest to any government. Its crazy that our phones listen to us. I have seen it personally a few times. All that came of it was targeted advertising. Separating us from our money is way more profitable than tracking and controlling our actions.

My wife and kid get to spend the next 2 weeks home because someone on the bus tested positive for covid. My anti vax brother inlaw just infected his wife so the last 2 weeks have not been fun for them. Fortunately their 1 year old has avoided getting sick. I was just getting medical advise from a painter on friday on how the test swab has antifreeze and is going to give people cancer. The mis information being spread is the same as previous vaccines. If my 87 year old grandfather with multiple cancers can handle it, its probably not a big deal.

Damn proud of my time in the military and my tour in iraq. proud of those who served before, during, with, and after as well. finding very little to be proud of regarding my country these days. disgusted in the attitudes and behaviors of those on the left and right. this is just one more example. we wanted change so we, myself included, elected someone who did have the leadership qualities we needed. now the pendulum is swinging back the other way and we have another president who is a failure of a leader. seeing this **** storm in Afghanistan and the losses we are taking brings a whole lot of emotions and thoughts back.

We never stop being a Soldier, Sailor or Marine. I was involved in the "police action" in SE Asia. Biden is dishonoring the men he is responsible for.

Have a cousin that’s a dr. stuck in afghanistan still(airforce). She took care of the bombing victims as has dealt with 60 casualties. What a flub this whole thing is and a lot of good people are paying the price

On Feb. 15, 1989, General Gromov, commander of the Soviet troops, walked across the "Bridge of Friendship." Once reaching the USSR side, the general embraced his wife and turned to a TV crew and said, "That's it. Not one Soviet soldier or officer is behind my back."

During those last days, no shots were fired, no mad scrambles for the exits, no frantic calls for help, no helicopters evacuating diplomatic staff, and certainly no suicide bombings. Even in full retreat, the USSR was in complete control.

The American withdrawal did not have to be a bloody disaster. America, like the Soviets, possessed the diplomatic and military might to organize an orderly and peaceful transition. The difference between the two withdrawals is leadership. America's leadership failed.

I'm not really sure what sickens me more with that video.... Ford's suggestion there is no way Americans would ever elect a woman as president, or the fact that he was never actually elected himself :)
