The media doesn't want to tell you that because it might justify or explain the reality of the situations.
The problem is...... how to get those young black kids some work or a purpose in life to keep them out of trouble. I suspect that many, if not most lack the opportunities to get employed, and add to that, having one parent that doesn't know how to 'parent'. Put thousands of white kids in a large area, each with one crappy parent and no hope for employment or their own future and I'd suspect the same situation would happen. Sad, but how do you we fix it. Just my viewpoint, but I think the black youths that are getting in trouble are far more racist than the police.

Understanding I would probably piss of a few folks, I decided to clean up my thoughts, but I think you really know how I feel.

Decent paying Jobs are the solution to 95% of this drama.

Overpopulation is the number one cause of ALL our social and economic ills.

The obvious solutions to overpopulation are...........unspeakable in the context of our global dependence on economic growth which is measured by an increase in consumption. Without more people borrowing and spending everything you ever learned about the wonderful system of Western democracy, government, capitalism and economic principles ist kaputt

Ganz kaputt.

“We’re asking cops to do too much in this country,” Brown said at a briefing Monday. “We are. Every societal failure, we put it off on the cops to solve. Not enough mental health funding, let the cops handle it. Here in Dallas we got a loose dog problem; let’s have the cops chase loose dogs. Schools fail, let’s give it to the cops. That’s too much to ask. Policing was never meant to solve all those problems.”

The decent paying jobs hit a nerve with me. Back in 1974, I was delivering mattresses for $2 an hour. I could have gotten a job flipping burgers at McDonalds for $1.50 an hour, but I wanted a better job.

Now move these figures up 42 years. I have friends who load groceries and drive forklifts for a large grocery company and make $18 an hour. The forklift is a promotion that takes about 10 years seniority and is considered a high skill job.

Now, dumb yahoo's can walk into McDonalds and pick up a $15 an hour job with absolutely no skill. Where is the fairness to this entitlement?

And had anyone seen how the prices have doubles for a burger at Mcdonald's? Nope, they don;t advertise that little tidbit of information.

Yeah, we're screwed.

No, they don't. They never had any structure or hope like most of us. I grew up in that all American 'Leave it to Beaver kind of neighborhood........ not 'da hood', but a neighborhood. Families with moms and dads and kids, and PTA and report cards that occasionally required a parent-teacher "conference" Does anyone remember "conference day"?
I feel really bad for these kids growing up with no hope and dreams, no hope for the future other than hoping the cops don't screw up a money making drug deal........ you know.......... "pickin' on 'em. I think they want the cops to just go away and stop harassing them.
The cops aren't harassing them, ...........they are enforcing the laws of the state! The kids just don't get it.
Certainly there are bad cops, but one thing I see in almost all of these shootings is a person resisting arrest. I never see videos of cops shooting people that are obeying their commands......... NEVER!
Save your life and obey the cop when he says don't move, or drop that, or put your hands behind your back. The cop has no idea who you are or what you did or didn't do............ he's gotta check you out to see if you are the guy he's lookin' for. If you check out clean, you go on your way. However if you resist, or try to grab his gun, or make a break for it.......... you just screwed up big time. How come so many innocent black youths do absolutely stupid things when confronted by cops? ...........Now I'm using my own logic and the way that I was brought up in determining how I would react to being 'cuffed or whatever.
These kids were brought up entirely different than me, and grew up in circumstances that I can never really relate to....... Cop points a gun at me and tells me do drop to my knees.................. 'tell ya what........... that's what I am going to do.
Cog said it best............. those kids feel they don't have much to lose. Give them (the opportunity to have) decent paying jobs and a little hope for the future and it will eventually change for the better. Until then........ watch yo ass.

I'll add one more for tonight. For those that don't like 'big brother' snooping in on us......... howz about they do more snooping on the social media scene and deploy a frew more robot bombs on these posters:

Craig said while his department must consider the free speech rights of Internet posters, direct threats to law enforcement officers won’t be tolerated.

“Social media is new territory, and while it’s been established that hate speech is protected by the First Amendment, we’re talking about people specifically saying on Facebook they want to kill white police officers,” Craig said.

While the rhetoric of protesters marching in anti-cop demonstrations in recent years – including a “What do we want? Dead cops” chant in 2014 – has often been heated, online threats in the days following the Dallas shooting are taking on a new significance.

The co-founder of a black militia whose events the Dallas police shooter had attended wrote after the attack in a since-deleted Facebook post that the killer “shall be celebrated one day,” The Dallas Morning News reported.

Huey P. Newton Gun Club co-founder Yafeuh Balogun also tweeted: “I have no remorse for the Dallas Police Officers shot downtown, it’s about time.. at the protest etc.”

The gun club was named after the radical founder of the Black Panther Party and was formed to institute armed patrols of communities in Dallas, The Dallas Morning News reported.

The FBI’s New Orleans Division on Friday also sent out a bulletin to police departments in the Baton Rouge and Shreveport areas warning of multiple groups on social media calling for a “purge.” The FBI memo was obtained by Judicial Watch.

“Baton Rouge purge starts July 9th 12am ends 5am July 10th…Rule 1 must kill every police!!!” one post cited by the FBI said.

Though nothing materialized from the threat, police officials are eyeing the warnings with increasing alarm.

This is a time when the FBI or CIA needs to silently vaporize a few people and not brag about it........... dust to dust and knowbody knows who done it. ;)

I'd rate media problem #1, head and heels above anything else. They'd poke forks in our eyes if it would help their ratings........ oh wait, they do.
The more they televise and embellish these so called 'race' issues, the larger the divide gets. The media has no shame whatsoever.

"The cops have made some mistakes, but that doesn't give us the right to riot and shoot cops. We need the cops, especially in the black community. We as black people, we've got to do better. We never get mad when black people kill each other, which that has always bothered me ? I've always said if we as black people want more respect, we have to give each other respect. You can't demand respect from white people and the cops if you don't respect each other. We've got to do better as black people.

"The cops have made some mistakes, but there's a lot of blame to go around. But I'm not going to get on TV and yell like all these other idiots."
