How can the average intelligent person ever begin to understand the complexity’s and role of a Minister, who has taken an oath to the belief of a higher power. Sure, we can try, but chances are that our limited knowledge in this area would most certainly prevent us from doing it well.

I have studied several religions. I taught Sunday School for several years and have read the entire Bible twice. Most preachers spout off stuff that is not even in the Bible.

That’s Amazing Rusty, I knew that, but thanks for reminding me. We both surely will almost never understand each other correctly because of inner complexity to hard to reveal and identity. However, that background IMHO does not align with attitude and words that are shared. However again I really like the straight up convictions, I can see the need for that in my choices. Many times I’ll pull back against a thought or action only to have feelings of regret down the road and then left alone with only the imagination of what could have been, if only I had more traits of confidence and conviction. I try to debate behavior not people, but if that doesn’t come through and I’m making it personal, I apologize.

Could it all have been done differently? SURE ! If we don’t change the way we look at things, in other words seek to understand, rather than be understood, then we are probably compromising the meaning under selfish circumstances. And it all starts with understanding the intentions of the words in the Bible, not our interpretation, but that’s a hard sale for hardened hearts, and let’s face it life has a way of hardening and it’s Gods associates job to attempt to softening it when necessary. Plain and simple message and agenda for peace, love and understanding and mercy, from a person whose job it is to do so. The fact that it’s being interpreted as politicizing is on you and I and has nothing to do with her or any other minister who confronts the hardening actions of another’s heart.
Some time hearing or being schooled about the virtues from a virtuous little woman during your Grand inauguration can sting a little, however, like she said, it couldn’t go un checked or she wouldn’t be standing up for all of us.

of social decency, because It’s important to speak up like you and I do, to locate function. AND ! I believe you would agree with this deep down, that if the back-and-forth is delivered with the opposite of understanding, full of distain, vile, name-calling, bitterness, etc. then we stay stuck.

SO ! ! COULD IT BE DONE SOFTER ? THAT’S THE QUESTION WE ALL NEED TO ANSWER ….AND ! ! IT STARTS WITH ATTACKING BEHAVIOR NOT PEOPLE.
Otherwise wouldn’t you agree that the HARD Language will keep us on the hamster wheel. I don’t know about you, but I am getting really tired of this bull shiitake mushrooms and I am almost ready for the duel.

MISSED OPPORTUNITY: One of them or both could have taken this amazing opportunity in front of the whole world to mentor understanding. She could have used the word understanding for his hard ass line approach to policies, intending to create function. While Trump could have given her understanding on her gentle Mercy approach, intending to create function through compassion. That’s the secret ladies and gentlemen, to see the position from the opposing viewpoint….
to give it credence, give it validation, and most certainly, more importantly when you disagree 100% ….When we take the time to shine a light on the other persons point of view, before countering, it softens the way we deliver our counterpoint. Give it a try, even though it’s not natural because it’s the main tool that gets us off the hamster wheel. Give understanding to others more than we pursue understanding from others. JUST ! Do that one technique and it WILL soften our rebuttal’s forever and ever AMEN otherwise we stay on the hamster wheel, and remain fudged.

A perfect question from secular people in the media, but she did not bite, instead, she answered from spirit, from integrity, by saying once a sermon is completed, the potential effects are given up to God.
