Hope the installer charged the landlord for wasting his time. Can't say I'm shocked. I've seen worse. Reminds me of my house when we moved back in after evicting the tenants-- only it wasn't that clean.

That looks pretty, Don-- although I don't think I'd ever go with that type of floor. Not a big fan of the whole chessboard look.

I had a stick of 3" wide flat metal on the truck when I was doing crap rentals.

When i first starting taking on Apartment jobs .. They would leave the tile back so they didn't have to cut it . I was hot ironing 2" seams .. I got that straighten out PDQ..
