Hows the ammo legislation going? I don't follow CA politics much , cus i wouldnt live there strictly due to the anti second ammendment legislation goings on.
Not sure why anyone would stay there if they had issues with it in the first place. Unless they just want to bitch.

The state and fed's haven't figured out how to deal with the details, or how much ammo you can buy, or how much to charge a person for the registration, or how long the registration lasts, or if it only includes boxed new, or bulk, or reloads.

We just came from shopping for a home in Prescott. Even the realtors have told us that with all the liberals moving to that city, it is really changing the demographics and even the established folks hate the change. They believe with the libs and Muslims moving in, gun ownership will be worse than Kommiefornia.

My sister and her husband moved up to Prescott about 40 years ago. They raised two kids then moved to Sonoma CA. Almost got burned out last year but doing well. It's a cool small town. Used to be the Capitol of AZ back in the day.
Prescott is just south of Sedona - center of the universe for all those hippies and a few hundred miles north of Phoenix. Beautiful country. Not really up in the high country like Flagstaff or White mountains are, kinda middle of the stream, wooded. Gets cold, has seasons but not to much snow. Beautiful place.

I do like Prescott, but the town square is now filled with anti Trump on one corner, and Pro Trump on the other side of the town square. I guess we could wave to each other from our respective corners?

Prescott prices have nearly doubles in the last 4 years. What really hurt them is the 200+ drug and alcohol rehab houses all over the area. The city council just passed a law limiting them, but when the druggies get out, the burglaries spike. Even my realtor said many Muslims are trying to take over the council meetings and the socialist views will be throughout the city in the next 2-3 years.

Had a friend who went to Phoenix in the 80s. He said that many of the vinyl installers were women and the best he had ever seen.

Cave creek AZ is a nice little town just due NE of Phoenix, Close to the mountains and actually has a creek and lakes. You can go shooting in your back yard.

Conceal carry has always been the responsibility on the individual countries. The feds or state does not have restrictions. As far as open carry, many counties still allow it, but just not loaded. That is state law. I never understood someone who would open carry an unloaded gun? It looks cool? Dumb IMHO
