We are having some heavy rains, and I was looking up river levels because some are nearing flood stage. Came across this DEQ data in my search.

2.4.1 Natural Background Sources
Natural or background inputs of solar radiation are
by far the largest heat source in the Rogue River
basin. Streams in Oregon are generally warmest in
summer when solar radiation inputs are greatest and
stream flows are low. (WOW, I am so surprised)
The amount of solar energy that
at actually reaches the surface of a stream is
determined by many factors including the position of
the sun in the sky, cloud cover, local topography,
stream aspect, stream width,
and stream side vegetation. Streams generally warm in a downstream direction as they become wider and stream side vegetation is less effective at shading the surface of the
water. (these guys as so darn smart)
Also, the cooling influences of ground water inflow and the impact of smaller tributaries have less of an impact downstream as a stream becomes larger. (Ya don't say)

Country is doing just fine except on the border. Media creates news these days to get ratings. Kinda like the Democrats in the house and Senate. Their only purpose in life is to create issues only so they can turn around and save us from them and make out like heros.

The spending has increased 13.7 % under Trump and the deficit is going way up.
The country is bankrupt. Trumps alleged tax cuts cost us a trillion bucks on the deficit.
