Looking for someone to finish off hardwood in house that's already been started. Hardwood is 3/4 hardwood. A friend of mine did the kitchen and dining room but is too busy to finish. Theres about 450 to 500 square feet left. I will pay somebody $120 a day to finish. Must know what your doing and have own tools. Should be able to finish in a day If coming with a helper will negotiate that as well.
I think he smokes Popeye's Spinach .

Wow, a whole 120 a day. My helper makes 120 a day. Plus he probably left the hallway to do or something even krappier to install than a kitchen.

Too busy to finish is a really bad excuse. No one likes to pick up where someone else left the job. Also unless you live in Mexico or something $120 for a days work is not an incentive especially if it has to be shared amongst two people.
