This car is a friend of mine's. She never drives it so I informed her that I would taking it out this weekend and putting some miles on it for her. It's a 1975 dodge dart with 37,000 original miles. I'm not really an automotive photographer, but I thought I would take a couple shots of it anyways.

When my granpa passed away I got hold of his 70 Swinger, canary yellow with a 318 in it. Never clocked it but it was quick off the line. I think the 70 model 340s were called Dodge Dart Swingers.

Yea it was the Swinger . The 340 was just the 318 bored out .

The speedometer went up to 150. had it pass that and it was still winding out .

The white lines turned solid . :D

"not an automotive photographer"
Oh for sure... :D
Those shots would make a magazine cover or a dealer poster. Nice work.
I'm a Chevy guy, but that's a car from a good era. It would be a great score with such low mileage. I think those slant 6 engines were built like bricks and lasted forever. Slant 6 and 4 door won't be the same as a two door rag top with a Hemi, so don't over pay if ya get it.

Haha thanks. If you could see my automotive shots vs some of my photography friends, you would think mine are child's play lol.

Yeah I definitely will be making sure I pay the right price.

Is actually a 50mm f1.8 reverse mounted. Pay $2 for a reverse mount ring; bam! Instant macro lens.

This one was a reverse mounted 18-55 kit lens. The wider the lens, the closer the image. Its a pretty interesting concept.

I'll dig up a micro photo for ya................ and let you guess what they are.
