I do the 20 oz. Blonde Roast at Starbucks for my daily crack addiction.

I’ve heard that lighter roasted coffee has more caffeine. I’m kinda partial to the burnt taste. Anymore I just do one good sized cup a day with a splash of half n half.

I can watch myself go downhill. Ten years ago, I was walking 6 miles a day indoors at the YMCA. Now I can barely walk through Walmart.

You are doing better than me then, I can't hardly get through Home Cheapo and I have to be leaning on a cart to do that. Went grocery shopping with the wife the other day. She took a cart and I took her wheeled walker. I quit half way through, the back was killing me.
