I'm not into this hobby, but the people that build on this level are amazing.

They have advanced considerably to the latest creations in that first video I showed, but even this is two years old.
It may seem silly spending 2.5 to 3 million or more on a car.... I'm way beyond even thinking about $$$.
This man is the Elon Musk of car manufacturing. His thinking, ingenuity and the thought process he has concerning weight, efficiency and perfection is off the charts.
He started the company from a single thought.

How do you know so much about cars?
You know that if your car is stolen, you or more likely the dealer can "turn the car off" remotely. That's pretty cool, right?

How many of you have heard about the lawsuits regarding carpet manufacturers and forever chemicals, PFAS. I don’t drink Georgia water but I’ve crawled around on enough carpet that I should prolly be aware what I’ve been exposed to, what we’ve all been, and still are, exposed to.

I crawled around on a lot of carpet back in the day. I don't drink that much anymore.
Judging by that response I'm guessing this isn’t that big of a deal for you even though it does personally affect you. That’s ok, we’re all entitled to our opinions. I do wonder how some of you can look down upon the installer that doesn’t scrape staples or seal seams but contaminating the world with forever chemicals, meh.
This is exactly what I’m talking about there being two different sets of rules, one for being a good person and one for making money.

Chemical smell coming from the carpet. Shortly after that they discontinued that product and switched to another one. However, I have recently been noticing that same nasty smell coming back

PFAS, lead… I can only imagine what kinda crap I’ve ingested over the years from all the laminate and LVP I’ve installed. Prolly no worse than any of the energy drinks I’ve drank or all the cigarettes I’ve smoked have done to me. Difference is you (should) instinctively know cigarettes and energy drinks aren’t good for you, or at least I think you should.
