It's a Shaw product. Hand scraped Hickory engineered floor. It was a very hot seller. The store has their showroom in 3 colors. It's been in the store for 6 years and still looks like new. The wear layer is pretty thin, but being hickory, it will last these people a lifetime unless a disaster occurs. The room is a "bonus room" above a new garage they built. Customer saw it on the showroom floor and loved it. He wanted 4 colors in a random pattern. I really like that product. He made the right choice for his needs.I thought about this for a while and I suppose my question is why didn't they just have you install hardwood and you wouldn't have had to go through all that trouble especially since he gave you an extra $500. I don't get people sometimes. Penny smart and dollar dumb?
