Used 3/4 Oak hardwood

Hello all. I had a water leak that "cupped" about 150 square feet of hardwood before I caught it. My insurance will pay for all new hardwood to threshold breaks, since it would be impossible to match up, or so I am told. The flooring is Oak 2 1/4 x 3/4. I will end up with about 900 to 1000 sq ft, not including the "cupped" or damaged flooring.

To my question. Does this flooring have any value?

Possibly if someone wants to take the time to pull all the cleats/staples and re-plane it. I worked for a company that did that and recycled the wood.
