$13 or $14 for that breakfast at IHOP in Phoenix, coffee is another $3. In general you can figure about $20 to $25 per person for an average sit down breakfast that you would tip on here. 2 people is a solid $50 if you tip more than $2 like my old man.

That is one reason we cook lunch at work. For $50 we’re having salmon AND prime rib.

I was in the ER in Joplin, Mo a couple nights ago. When we left there at 3 am, only thing open was IHOP. 2 plain waffles for me and a waffle with strawberries for my wife and two weak coffees was $50.
I always tip our young waitress $5. But we know her well enough that I made her a child's rocking chair in my shop.

I looked on that website that has all those cool crockpot ideas and they’re all just digital designs of cool crockpots but not actually any real crockpots that exist and can be bought. So disappointed cus I would use that thing all the time. Not only that but I would think of meals that would go perfect with a toilet crockpot. There would be a lot of brown log shaped meat products being cooked for sure.

I wonder if someone can 3D print a toilet surround for a regular crockpot.

Bagel and lox with a side of fruit for breakfast.

I learned from my old man to spread the cream cheese on the bagel then put the capers on top of the cream cheese then the other stuff on top of that. I used to put the capers on top of everything else and they always fell off when I was eating it. Who knew??

I just finished a gluten free bagel, one half loaded with butter, the other with dairy free plant based cream cheese and guacamole on top, but lox and capers sounds delicious

Capers on top definitely has a better presentation to it.

Staying with the old man in his wrinkle ranch is kinda like watching paint dry so something as stupid as rearranging the placement of capers is about as exciting as it gets right now. On a positive note staying here and watching everybody in their various states of decline is very motivating to me in regards to how I take care of myself so I don’t end up in a home. Something about the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago comes to mind.

Visiting my Grandson for a few days The red hair is from Max, the long hair Dachshund and for breakfast Popski had Dutch Babies ( never heard of it before) Yummy with home made syrup ( brown sugar, water, vanilla and butter) all I was missing was some Sausage’s
