Who made this?

I have been trying to find out who made this flooring. It has a very unique locking design on the ends. Has anyone on this sight ever seen this?

A plastic clip in the butt joint is pretty common but those 3 holes and how the clip slips in, well that’s new to me. Berryalloc has a few weird locking mechanisms and they’re the well known brand from Belgium. Might be worth checking them out.
